The Torque-Block® driven positioning table enables precision movement in one axis.
The adjusting range is 500 µm. An inductive position measuring system is integrated in the table.
Electrical control is provided by the Torque-Block® unit ase/pcs/twa/a.
A linear, feedback controlled and hysteresis-free movement of 400 µm is thus ensured.
