Valves type asy/tdv/hl/a are designed for dosing hot and cold glue at high speeds. The short switching times enable precise dispensing amounts to be defined by modifying the time frame. Heating the valve enables it to be implemented in hot glue temperature ranges. Moreover, any differences in viscosity in cold glue can be evened out through temperature regulation.

Application

For implementation in hot and cold glue applications either in individual or automated processes.

Attention: the heating sequence must be observed!
When starting up on a glue supply system, the heating must be switched on in the following order:
- Glue pot
- Glue tube
- Valve
