Torque valves of the type asy/tdv/g are dosing valves designed for very short opening times.
One special feature is that the valve stroke and thus the aperture cross section can be regulated from 0 - 100 %. This enables dosing of liquids up to the hydrodynamic limit dependent upon viscosity.

The precise reproductability of the electrically defined valve's characteristic curve results in high dosing precision, better than 3 %.

Due to the high mechanical resonance frequency, the movement of the valve follows the controller well above 1 kHz.

Optional heating for the valve optimises the viscous behaviour of the dosing media and the use of low melting media.
